We have worked with the architect to turn the following sketch into blueprints, a 3d model, and rendered images.

BIM Modelling

We turned the following sketches into a 3d model and renders using BIM software (Revit Architecture). The benefit for the architect was that in addition to the renders he got a nearly complete building model that he could further detail.

3D Modelling

City Hall VFX

This virtual model of the Toronto City Hall was created using information gathered from photos. Modelling from a photo is less accurate, but sufficient for visual purposes.

We turned to specialized modelling software (3dsmax) to create the complex geometry that was beyond the capabilities of architectural software. We were able to import the model back into the drafting program and used it to create shop drawings for construction.
